CHCA 2022 Community Member Attendee Fee: $625 total for the first three registered attendees, and a $50 fee for any additional attendees. Non-Member Community Fee: $725 total for the first three registered attendees, and a $50 fee for any additional attendees Associate Members and Exhibitors may not register as Community Attendees.
Vaccination & Screening Requirements
Anyone choosing to participate in the Fall Convention MUST provide a copy of their vaccination, this may be given during registration, or presented in person (the physical card must be present, or the attendee may show proof of vaccination through the Colorado ID App). All participants will also be required to obtain a daily screening. This is a requirement, and those unwilling to comply will be unable to participate in the event.

The room rates are $164.00 (Single, Double) $179.00 for a triple and $189.00 for a Queen suite.

There is a $50 per night incidental hold that is authorized, but there is no resort fee.

Communities are encouraged to submit Spotlight on Excellence Nominations for their dedicated long term care personnel by August 2nd, 2022.
