About the Company: A trusted name in the security industry since 2008, providing residential and commercial clients with reliable alarm, fire, video, and access control systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure intrusion, fire alarm, video, and access control systems
  • Perform inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on systems
  • Diagnose faults and complete timely repairs and replacements
  • Program panels, sensors, keypads, and monitoring connections
  • Document work performed, parts used, test results, and site conditions accurately
  • Train end users on system operation and basic troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with dispatch, monitoring, and project teams
  • Follow all safety procedures and local, state, and national codes
  • Maintain a clean and well-kept company vehicle at all times
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency service calls
  • Stay current with latest technology through periodic training and seminars
  • Mentor and train service technician trainees as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of alarm, low-voltage, or related field experience
  • Knowledge of panels, devices, wiring methods, and hand tools
  • Ability to read schematics and follow codes and manufacturer specifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work safely on ladders
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Must be able to travel locally 90% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • State fire or burglar alarm license (where applicable)
  • NICET, ESA, or manufacturer certifications
  • Network and IP video experience

Schedule & Benefits:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours/week)
  • On-call rotation for evening and weekend emergency calls
  • $28.00 – $35.00/hour depending on experience
  • Medical (Employer covers 85%), Dental & Vision (Employer covers 100%)
  • HSA plan with Company match
  • Company vehicle where applicable
