Can I negotiate pay rate for a shift?

No, the hourly or shift rate is not negotiable. The rate listed in the shift description is the pay rate for that shift, and GigWorx will not reach out to the client to ask for a higher rate.

Check the rate before you accept a shift. Once you accept it, you’re locked in at that rate.
