• Your job site. Know the address and how to get there.
• Your shift time. Confirm your start time and expected duration.
• Your site contact. Know who to look for or call if you have questions on site.
• Dress code. Check the shift description for any specific requirements.
• How to clock in. Know how to use the Clock In button in the app so your hours start tracking the moment you arrive.
• How to reach your office. If something comes up before your shift and you can't make it, know how to call off in the app or reach your local office.

Each new shift is a new client, so treat it like a fresh first impression every time — arrive prepared, and take the chance to learn something new.
