How do I call off in the app?
00:00: In this video, we'll show you how to call off a shift in the GigWorx app.
00:05: In the event of an emergency where you are
00:07: unable to fulfill your shift,
00:08: it is crucial to cancel your shift through the app.
00:12: When you cancel, both GigWorx and the client are immediately notified, and
00:16: in certain instances, your shift may be automatically reposted.
00:19: First, open
00:20: your app.
00:24: Tap the schedule at the bottom of the app and select the day of your shift. Then, tap
00:28: the block time of your gig to view the shift details.
00:37: Scroll to the bottom.
00:40: Tap and hold call off shift.
00:45: The app will ask you to confirm.
00:47: Then provide a reason for calling off.
00:56: That's it!

In the event of an emergency and you cannot make your shift, it is essential to call off your shift in the app. Calling off in the app alerts GigWorx and the client, and automatically reposts your shift in certain situations.
Calling off is done by navigating to the Schedule tab at the bottom of your app, selecting the day of your shift, and clicking on the block of time for your gig. In the shift detail, scroll to the bottom and Tap & Hold to Call Off Shift. You will then be asked to confirm and provide a reason.
