How do I find and pick up shifts in the app?
00:00: In this video, we will show you how to find and accept shifts within the GigWorx app.

00:05: First, open your app and tap the Shifts tab at the bottom left
00:10: . Here, you will find the various open shifts available for the week.
00:19: You can also click the calendar icon in the top left corner to navigate to a

00:31: Tap a shift to view the date, time, pay, and location.
00:36: Scroll down and tap "Accept Shift" to accept the shift.
00:40: Once you accept the shift, you are committed to it.
00:45: Therefore, ensure it aligns with your schedule first.
00:48: After you accept , tap the schedule tab, and click on your shift ,
00:57: Scroll down to the start time, then click on the time block for your gig.

Open the "Shifts" tab to browse open shifts for the week. Tap the calendar icon in the top left to switch to a different month.
Tap a shift to see the date, time, pay, and location. Once you accept, you're committed to the shift, so make sure it works with your schedule first. Flexibility in the app comes from choosing which shifts to accept — once you've accepted one, that flexibility ends. See our Attendance Policy for more on cancellations.
Once you've accepted a shift, you'll find it under your "Schedule" tab.
