Whether you're working a Saturday morning shift or running into an issue on Sunday, GigWorx's weekend support team is here to help keep things running smoothly.

Weekend support is available to all GigWorx staff across all offices and can be reached the same way you'd contact your weekday team: by phone, text, or email.

What Weekend Support Can Help With

Our weekend support team can assist with most of the same issues handled during the week, including:

  • Clock-in adjustments
  • Trouble locating a job site or finding a site contact
  • Call outs
  • Questions or issues with job tasks
  • Any other concerns that come up during your shift

If something requires immediate attention or needs to be escalated, the weekend support team will pass it along to the appropriate person and ensure it gets addressed.

Support for Clients

Weekend support is also available to clients who need help posting shifts or have questions about their weekend staff.
