What happens if I need to cancel outside of the attendance policies?

If you cancel a shift more than 48 hours before it starts, you won’t receive a strike. We don’t encourage it, but we understand plans change.

Canceling this way too often can still have consequences, so only accept shifts you’re sure you can work.

The earlier you know you need to cancel, the better. It gives us time to find someone else for the shift. You can call off the shift in the app.
