What if I need to leave a shift early?

If you need to leave a shift earlier than the expected end time, for example because of illness or an emergency, contact your supervisor or lead on site first.

Once you have their approval, clock out in the app and contact your local office to let them know. Find your office at gigworx.com/contact.

Leaving early should only happen in extreme cases, and depending on the circumstances it might count as a strike on your account. Never leave a shift without talking to the shift supervisor and your local office first.
