What is the Dress Code?

Dress Code Expectations

Every gig may take place in a different environment, but all GigWorx staff are expected to dress professionally and appropriately for the day.

If a specific dress code is not listed in the shift description, we recommend the following:

  • Clean pants with no holes or rips
  • A neat top that provides midriff and cleavage coverage
  • Closed-toe shoes
  • No clothing with large graphics, offensive language, or logos

Some businesses may require a specific dress code depending on the type of work. Examples include:

  • Construction gigs: Work boots, hard hats, high-visibility gear, and gloves may be required
  • Event gigs: Black pants and and a black top are commonly requested

Always review the shift description carefully for any dress code requirements before arriving to your gig.

If you are unsure what to wear for a specific gig, please contact your local GigWorx office. We're happy to help clarify dress code expectations before your shift.
