What is the process for handling tardiness?

Plan to arrive at the job site early or on time. If you’re running late, your actual arrival time is what gets recorded for the shift.

Being late can lead to one or two strikes on your account, depending on the situation and how late you are. To avoid it, give yourself extra time to get there, especially in bad weather.
