Why Aren't My Hours Showing Up in Everee?

After completing a shift, your hours will not appear in Everee right away. This is completely normal! Your hours are transferred from the GigWorx app to your Everee account after they've been verified by the client. 

Hours are typically finalized by Wednesday and imported into Everee by Friday for payday. If you notice any missing or incorrect hours after that time, please reach out to your local GigWorx office so we can look into it.

When Will I Get Paid?

GigWorx pays weekly. Our pay period runs Monday through Sunday, and payroll is processed the following week. Every Friday you will be paid for the previous week's work.

For example, if you work a shift this week, you can expect to be paid for that shift the following Friday.

Want to Check Your Hours Sooner?

If you'd like to see your hours before they're finalized in Everee, you can find them in the GigWorx app. Navigate to your shift calendar, locate your completed shifts, and add up the hours from there.
