Why don't I see any shifts?

If you're not seeing shifts in the app, here are the most common reasons:

• No shifts posted yet for that day. Last-minute postings do happen, so keep checking back. Let your local office know you're looking to pick up that day — it helps them know there's interest.
• Your account has gone inactive. If you haven't picked up a shift in 6 months, your account goes inactive and you won't see job opportunities. This is common if you only use GigWorx seasonally — reach out to your local office to reactivate, it's a simple process.
