SMS Terms & Conditions: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from GigWorx Franchising LLC related to job opportunities, scheduling, and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using our services. 1. Program Name

GigWorx Text Alerts, operated by GigWorx Franchising LLC and its independently owned franchise offices ("GigWorx," "we," or "us").

2. Program Description

GigWorx is a staffing company that connects businesses with on-demand workers. We send text messages to people who have opted in to receive them.

  • Job applicants and workers: Job opportunities, shift offers, shift reminders, schedule changes, check-in reminders, onboarding steps, payroll and account notices, and responses to your questions.
  • Clients: Shift confirmations, worker assignments and arrival updates, schedule changes, account and billing notices, and responses to your questions.

Messages may be sent at any time of day because shifts run around the clock.

3. How You Opt In

You opt in by checking the text message consent box on a GigWorx form, such as our online sign-up form, or by texting us first and confirming that you want to receive messages. Checking the box is optional. You do not have to agree to receive texts to apply for work, work with GigWorx, or use our services.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity, such as the shifts you are offered, accept, or request.

5. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan. GigWorx does not charge for text messages.

6. How to Opt Out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any GigWorx text message. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any more text messages from that number.

If you want to receive texts again, reply START or opt in again on one of our forms.

8. Carrier Disclaimer
