To send a shift to a specific worker instead of posting it to everyone available, follow the same steps as posting a regular shift (see"How do I post a shift?"), with one difference: when you get to the Invite Staff section, you have two options:

  • Search by name: use Smart Search to type the worker's name, check the box next to them, and click "Submit Selection," then "Submit Request."
  • Select All Favorites: if you already have a Favorites list built, click "Select All Favorites" to invite everyone on it at once.

If you have any questions, contact your local office.
